Gigabyte Unveils AORUS FO32U2P Monitor with DisplayPort 2.1 Support
Exciting news for those eagerly awaiting the arrival of the first DisplayPort 2.1 monitors - Gigabyte has revealed details of its latest display, the AORUS FO32U2P. This monitor features a 4K QD-OLED panel with a 240 Hz refresh rate, offering a high-quality viewing experience.
The 31.5-inch QD-OLED panel boasts impressive specifications, including a 10-bit panel, 250 cd/m² brightness, 1.5 million to one contrast ratio, and a 0.03 ms GTG response time. Additionally, it is DisplayHDR True Black 400 certified and features an anti-reflective coating.
In terms of connectivity, the monitor is equipped with DP 2.1 ports that support the full UHBR20 spec, providing 80 Gbps of total bandwidth over four 20 Gbps DisplayPort lanes. The AORUS FO32U2P also includes two DP 2.1 inputs, one full-size and one mini DP input, as well as a USB Type-C input that supports DP-Alt mode, USB Power Delivery, and USB data.
Other features of the monitor include two HDMI 2.1 ports, USB 3.2 ports, headphone and microphone jacks, 5 W speakers, and a versatile stand with tilt, swivel, pivot, and height adjustments. The monitor supports KVM, daisy-chaining via DP output, picture-in-picture, picture-by-picture, and various gaming features.
Pricing and release date for the AORUS FO32U2P have yet to be announced by Gigabyte.
